May 19- hi everyone - here's a few more Russian words we're learning.... these ones warm my heart, we can't WAIT to use these words!!!! :-)

Mother / Мать (Maht)
A child would say Мама (MA-ma)

Father / Отец (Oh-tyets)
A child would say Папа (PA-pa)

Baby / ребенок (Reh-beh-nohk)

Daughter / Дочь (Dahtch)

Son / Сын (Seen)

Family / семья (Sem-ya)

Grandmother / бабушка (BA-boosh-ka)

Grandfather / Дедушка (DYED-oosh-ka)

Granddaughter / Внучка (VNOOch-ka)

Grandson /Внук (Vnook)

Aunt / Тётя (TYET-ya)

Uncle / Дядя (DYAH-dyah)
